Alberta Dairy Council Mission Statement:

THE ALBERTA DAIRY COUNCIL WILL PROVIDE REPRESENTATION OF THE DAIRY PROCESSORS IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA. AS A VOICE FOR THE DAIRY PROCESSING INDUSTRY FOR THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA WE WILL ENDEAVOR TO:

• Provide a vehicle for liaison between dairy processors and other interested groups
• Give consideration and advancement of all matters towards the improvement of the dairy processing industry in Alberta
• Provide analysis of proposed legislation, both federal and provincial and the advancement of such legislation as will be beneficial to the dairy processing industry.
• Hold meetings, distribute pertinent information, and to provide representation to related organizations.
• Give encouragement and cooperation to other organizations working to improve the dairy processing industry
• Enhance the dairy processing industry image to the general public.
• Provide leadership on major issues in the dairy sector
